FREE Introductory Lecture EVERY MONDAY from 6-7 pm
A lecture by Grand Master Lin to introduce the Toaist system, a quick overview of his teaching methods and possible short and light workout with the class.
After your Introductory Lecture, if interested, may stay for the following
2-hr class for $40*

*If join within 7 days afterward, the $40 will be applied towards your membership fee.
